This will be some sort of malas post.

I went to Muse concert on 26th September 2016.

And it was super awesome! Kind of one of my wishlist since I started listen to the band around 2004/2005.

Walaupun tersangat-sangat-sangat-sangatlah frust sebab tak dapat receive scroll dr Tun Dr Siti Hasmah this year. Bertahun-tahun pray for her health supaya dapat receive scroll from her tapi since past two years dia memang bagi scroll sambil duduk, beribu orang kot, kita pun penat berdiri lama2 kan.  Tapi tetap bersyukur, this year for my session we receive our scroll from Tan Sri Dato' Ir Md Radzi Mansor.
Saturday and Monday was Tun Zaki Tun Azmi.

I was number 21.

masuk hall kejap je then terus kena naik pentas dah.haha. 

To be honest, Engineering is freaking madness to people like me.
At times, when life turned out very impossible to swallow and when lowest low moments happens, I do wonder if this is NOT what I'm supposed to be doing, and if I were to start again, I should take a different course like, say, a Degree in Psychology or Language or Journalism instead. Because those are among the course that I thought quite interesting and I would've liked.

Because I really don't have any idea which course to take at the first place if I don't take the Engineering course. I can't figure out what's my main interest.
So I just follow the generic path,
Science Stream in high school => Engineering Course in university.

Even after I finish my Engineering Foundation in Malacca I couldn't decide my Major.
That time I registered in Electronics Engineering Majoring in Multimedia. No reason at all, I really honestly don't know which major I should take.

The only reason I can think of is that Multimedia Major have only 2 Engineering Maths subjects. Compared to 4 in Electrical and Pure E majors, and 5 in Telecommunication major.
(Well according to Tele students the 5th maths is not technically Maths, its more to random processing and what not.)
So in Multimedia major 3rd year onwards is more to computer and multimedia subjects.

Then after going through first year, I noticed that I sucked at every computer subjects, C language, programming parts, everything, and I hated the subject. I started to freak out.

So I go through the syllabus again and find which majoring that have fewest computer related subjects, some advice from Academic Adviser and few Electrical friends, and during second year I changed my major to Electrical Engineering.

And that was the BEST decision I've ever made my entire life.


Well at the end, it depends on individual interest, what's easy for you might not be easy for me, what's interesting for you might not be interesting to me. vice versa.

Till this very second, I don't regret a damn thing. Life is what it is. I don't believe in 'what ifs'. Our life has been designed according to our capabilities. We do this because we are capable of handling it.  GOD wont test us with things we can't handle. So whatever happens to us actually is the best for us. Be it whether its bitter or glorious, its all the best for us. It's the way we handle what's given to us is what matters. The way we live the life.

I almost got teary singing "Permata Dunia" - MMU anthem in the Grandhall earlier, because I remember singing it for the first time during orientation at MMU Melaka years ago.

But no tears came out, I'm just so happy. Maybe all the emotions already went out when I got my final exam results on last May/June. That time I already cried, call every person I cared and performed the Sujud Syukur. Because my path was not as smooth, few obstacles came bubbling out to the surface and finally it's all over.

So today is just a day of celebration.

So NO. No regrets.

Arsenal Vs Malaysia 2012

This time around saya lambat sikit pergi stadium. After kerja balik rumah dulu, lepas magrib baru gerak.

Sampai Bukit Jalil dalam 8.30. Jem. Pusing-pusing cari parking je dah berapa puluh minit. Last last park dekat belakang Shell opposite Endah Parade. Then jalan kaki pegi stadium. Pukul 9.15 baru duduk dlm stadium. hahaha. Semput jugak la bagi orang yang kurang stamina ni :P

Saya tak banyak amik gambar. And apparently saya tak boleh pun upload gambar sebab kalau upload gambar dekat rumah ni gambar akan distorted, tak tau kenape. So malas da nak upload. Lets just sum everything up in points.

• Attendance rasanya 30% less than last year. sebab bulan puasa.
• Boleh tak sapa sapa tolong buat rules supaya vuvuzela tu di restrict dari stadium lepas ni. Seriously, I think the noise is killing the fun jugak. Orang bersorak tak dengar, MC bercakap tak dengar, Wenger cakap time training xdengar, even sembang dengan member sebelah pun tak dengar. I'd rather hear all the sorak, crowd chanting, kompang and everything rather than hearing the annnoying buzzing sound all the way until the end of the game. Last time ada jugak bila player masuk, MC sebut nama player and all the crowd sambung with their last name. This time sebab terlampau bising only one side of the stadium je yang sorak.
• Frust sebab Vermaelen main 1st half je. But it warms my heart to see him as the squad Captain.:)
• SZCZ tak main langsung.T_T
• Player Mesia no 7 tu memang every time lawan Arsenal mesti kena injured and kena usung keluar naik stretcher eh? Last year pun camtu jugak rasanya
• Tapi Arsenal pun dah terikut main macam Malaysia.
• Goal Amir Muslim memang smart.tahniah2.:P
• Walaupun happy tengok first goal Mesia, I'm truly and honestly risau takut Arsenal kalah semalam.hahaha
• Eisfield tu nampak macam Jenkinson versi kecik.:D
• Diaby dah macam membajak tanah stadium bukit jalil.
• Santos sangat sporting masa training, he seems to love the attention. Siap tunjuk skill lagi.
• Gunnersaurus pun sporting, rajin dia menari-nari keliling stadium sambil lambai-lambai kat crowd.:P
• Kalini saya xnampak da fan yang datang stadium pakai jersey team lain.hahaha

The atmosphere might be less exciting than last year, but all and all still puas hati. 

Dapat pergi both training and match walaupun sejak 2 hari lepas bizi gila dekat opis. 

Nak stalk diorang dekat airport and hotel tak dapat sebab still baru kat opis, belum berani lagi nak amik cuti. hehehe

So now we wait for the new season.

Whoever leaves, let them be, those who stays, we very much appreciate it.

I want Vermaelen for the captaincy and Song for the vice!

Russell Peters Notorious World tour 2012

Apart from Arsenal, there's somebody else is coming to town this May whom I very much excited about.

For those who know, Russell Peters is a Canadian born (apparently of Indian heritage) comedian who is very famous for his stand up comedy in UK (you can easily find his videos on Youtube) and he had been touring to various countries ever since and now will be his first time coming to Malaysia.

I'm keen to see what this guy will said about Malaysians. Since we all know his jokes always revolve around different races, nationalities and Malaysia is - well, a multiracial country. So we'll see whether or not he did his homework. (^_^)

YEAYY. !!

Arsenal will be here on their pre-season tour again!!

This time around I don't have anymore midterms to interfere with the training session and I'll make sure there'll be no signing session I'm not aware of.
I'm definitely gonna make up to my not so great experience last time.(^_^)

KEJOHANAN MILO CANS - MASISWA 3 SIDED FUTSAL 2012

Ever heard of 3-sided futsal?

Memang tak lah kan sebab event ni baru di anjurkan oleh Majlis Sukan IPTS (MASISWA) dengan kerjasama Milo Cans.

Game nye simple je. Korang main futsal, tapi instead of 2 team macam biasa, kali ni ada 3 team. Instead of standard court, korang akan main dalam round court. 

Lebih kurang macam ni lah round court dia.

Nampak tak 3 goal kecik kaler kuning tu? Yang saya baca, kalau penalty amik dari tengah2 court. Keeper xde. D area xleh masuk.

Hahaha, cemane lah agaknye ek.

So sape yang boleh join?

Student lah, tak kira IPTA or IPTS umur 18-23 tahun. Means if korang lahir dalam tahun 1989-1994, form satu team of 5 orang (3player + 2 reserve) isi form dan bayar fees RM50. 

So basically RM10 je sorang. 81 team diperlukan. 

Then kalau da register each of you akan dapat T-shirt Milo Cans free setiap sorang.

Hadiah untuk Champion is RM10 000. 

So imagine if 5 orang sorang dapat RM2000, sape nak bagi? 

Kalau sayala, saya akan join sebab saya tak pernah main 3-sided futsal. Tu yang penting. 

Sebab takde mana2 team atau siapa2 yang power lagi sebab semua orang baru try benda ni first time. 

So peluang semua orang nak menang sama rata. Betul tak?

Tarikh last is 15th April 2012. so ada seminggu lagi untuk join. 

And lebih kurang sebulan untuk korang practice.:P

Untuk roadshow ni lain sikit. Diorang akan cari 9 team untuk setiap roadshow. 9 team akan berlawan dan 3 yang terbaik akan dipilih. Masa roadshow korang tak dikenakan entry fee.

So far dah ada 21 team, tambah lagi 6 dari MMU dan Lim Kok Wing nanti jadi 27 team,  so ada lagi 54 slot available. Kalau korang terlepas road show dekat uni, korang still boleh join dengan isi form dan hantar ke penganjur.

Entry form dengan cane nak bayar ada dibawah. Termasuk dengan rules and regulation and cara nak main semua.

Arsenal Vs Malaysia 2011

The Bukit Jalil Stadium

Since its my first time going to the stadium, I can't deny that I'm a bit excited. There's a lot of booths outside the stadium selling Malaysia and Arsenal's jersey, merchandises and whole bunch of stuffs.

70% of the people there wore Arsenal's jersey. Me and my brother purposely wears Malaysian away jersey. I know I'm an Arsenal fan and Arsenal will win that night so I might as well wear the Malaysian jersey. You know, support your own country thing. Tho I kinda regret the decision. But more on that later. 

I can divide it into the  good part and the bad part. 

I'll start with The Bad Part.

1. Firstly, I didn't manage to go to the training session on 12th July since I had a freakin' midterm test. I'm so pissed off I can't really talk about that in blog. That was the whole point of me frantically wanting to buy the ticket early before.

2. Second, we arrived at Bukit Jalil around 345pm. Waited at the Red Gate from 4pm. The gate open around 530pm. Then wait some more until 845 pm.
Total waiting hour: +- 5HOURS.

If anything that I learned about myself that day is that WAITING, QUEUING FOR HOURS, SWEATING and BIG CROWD are NOT really my thing. If it's not because of Arsenal, I definitely wont be doing that again. Not if somebody offer me a million bucks to do that again..

Or maybe if Malaysia ever end up in World Cup.. then I'll reconsider..=P

3. The thing about watching in the stadium is, you can't watch the replay. If somebody scored, you can't watch it again. If somebody been fouled, you can't see the foul again..(-_-)

4. The Malaysian players were a bit disappointing. I was hoping for a more competitive game. I know its just a friendly but they could just put a good show for everyone to watch.

But I have to admit there's some good runs by Kunalan on the left flank and also one great free kick by Syafiq Rahim (I think) that made the most relaxed Szczesny stretched a bit.

5. Our field doesn't give a good impression either. They have to fix the grass repeatedly and during halftime.

6. I really can't stand being compressed in the sea of humans in my way out of the stadium. Not to mention the weird smells combined altogether.. poor my nose.. T_T..

At one point I was wondering: "God. Why am I here again??" 

Then God answered: "You're here to watch Le Prof and his boys you silly.."

So The Good Part.

1.Our seat were exactly above the grandstand, so we kinda have a great view from above. I can recognize each of the player from where I sit.

2. The Arsenal away jersey is damn cool, they all look so chic in that one. I take back my word from few posts ago. I'll definitely buy one of those.

3. After waiting hours in the stadium all tired and sweaty, the moment the boys come out from the tunnel, all the frustration is gone. I started smiled and smiled till my jaw crammed.

I was like, "Abang, abang tu Nasri! tu Nasri!" 

Then my brother was like "Van Persie long Van Persie!"

and I was "Vermaelennnnnn!!!!" "Wenger..!" "Pat Rice..!!"

Greatest feeling ever.......(^_^)

And it gets better when they respond to the crowd. Theo was one of the sporting one who happily waved back to the crowd and smiled to the camera. Nasri too, since Cesc is not around, he's like the main attention that night.

4 I don't know why, watching Vermaelen wearing the Captain armband made me so happy. For some reason, I really missed Vermaelen. Watching him played, worth every uncomfortable things I had to endure throughout the night. And he was fierce that guy..I was afraid his Achilles will acting up again... but I believe he's in a good shape and it's great to see him in full speed...=)

5. Ryo was feisty!  I think he's bigger than average Asian. He's even bigger than Walcott. And I'm suprised how small Theo is. No wonder he runs fast.

Okey back to Ryo, he managed to get all the attention he needed last night. He's fast, hardworking and he got skills. He really is something new to the team. I can't really say he's similar to a certain Arsenal player because he's not. 

I love the idea of having two sprinters on both left and right flanks. Love it!
Oh and talking about physical traits, Szczesny is a damn tall dude. He'll make a great Arsenal keeper for a long time.. Same goes with Jenkinson, tall defender indeed. =)

6. I suddenly wanted to be a Malaysian footballer. They got to shake hands, tackled, touched, talked and exchanged shirt with the Arsenal players! I'm so jealous!=P=P

7. It kinda fun to watch 2 or 3 people who wear different team's jersey got booed at the stadium. There's a guy who wore ManU shirt, Barcelona shirt and this one guy who wears Chelsea shirt with Ashley Cole's name behind his back. That guy got some guts I must say.=P=P

My brother too almost wear his Chelsea shirt last night, I'm lucky he didn't.=P=P

8. The atmosphere is great over there. The Bukit Jalil stadium is about 87 000 seating capacity, and I might say the attendance is around 70-80% of the stadium. I don't mind at all the fact that it's not full. It's a big stadium and also given the fact that the match took place on a working day. And I know Malaysia is full of Man Utd and Liverpool's fan and I'm really proud to be the minority supporters of Arsenal here in Malaysia.

9. There's also some fans who brought banners begging Nasri and Cesc not to leave. Good to see.=)

So that's that.

Now I've learned few things, If Arsenal ever gonna come to Malaysia again I have to do these things:

1. Go to the training session no matter what.

2. Be more alert to the events they're doing, like there's some signing session(or something) that they did in Midvalley Megamall that I just knew about. Damn it!
3.Go to their hotel. During the arrival or when they were about to leave. Sometimes they did an impromptu signing session. Like today.Sigh.

4. Wear Arsenal's Jersey. 

It doesn't mean that I'm not supporting Malaysia if I'm not wearing the Malaysian Jersey. I went there NOT to support either of the team. I don't really care who will win the match. I went there to watch The Arsenal players play in my home country. In front of my own eyes. So as an Arsenal fan, I think I should wear the Arsenal jersey. It doesn't make me less Malaysian if I wore Arsenal's jersey. So, lesson learned. 

5. And maybe save some money to buy the RM338 ticket next time. Hehehe..

All and all, still a good experience. So,
