Movie Review

Yes, I'm not good at explaining things. So my review will be very brief. Just what I feel about it. I'll take the ratings from Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb as well to compare. So here's the movies I've watched during this sem break. New movies as well as old ones.

Pirates of The Carribean: On Strangers Tide (2011)

 

What's good about it: Johnny Depp, charming and funny as usual, the mermaids.
What's not: Well, half of it..
Comment: I love all 3 previous movies but this one, I have to say, erm, not as good.
The beginning was slow, boring and also very very noisy. The fact that I watched it in 3D are not making it any better. The 3D goggle got me a headache. But the mermaids was the most goodlooking groups of mermaids I've ever seen in movies. If Depp was not in it, the movie would be blah~

What's good about it: Everything.

What's not: Nothing

What's good about it: Colorful visual, catchy music, cute & funny characters.
What's not: Nothing

Comment: I don't know, they're just cute and funny and I love it.(^__^)v

• Nice..Thumbs up to the visual..

Despicable Me (2010)

• So-So. But I'm in love with the cute toddling yellow thing who speaks alien. They're the one who cracks me up the entire movie. I wanna have them as my pets! (^_^)

Black Swan (2010)

• Awh friggin'some!
• I'm in love with Mila Kunis right now, and Natalie Portman's just.. Awesome..

Valentine Day (2010)

• Okey la..boley la..biase2 je..loaded with stars..

Meet the Fockers (2004) & Little Fockers (2010)

• Ben Stiller is always fun to watch..

Going the Distance (2010)

• So-so.
• Drew Barrymore is amazing but when paired with Justin Long..I don't know..

Megamind (2010)

• Quite Okey

Blue Valentine (2010)

• I love that it is out of the box, not a typical love movie. I admit I use to think what happens when we were no longer have any love left for the person we used to love most. But... I'm just bored. 

My Sister's Keeper (2009)

• Freakin' tear jerker, I cried throughout the movie. A Must Watch.

My Fake Fiance (2009)

• Nehh..

Crank (2006) & Crank: High Voltage (2009) 

• The first one was okey cuz I love Jason Statham, but the 2nd one is just ridiculous. Jason alone is not gonna cut it..T_T..

27 Dresses (2008)

• Nice..

The House Bunny (2008)

• Also surprisingly quite nice..(^_^)

Little Miss Sunshine (2006)

• Love it. I had a little crush on Dwayne..=P

Crash (2005)

• Bored for first 20minutes or so..but it got better towards the end. Nice story..

A Walk to Remember (2002)

• Nehh~ (=.=)
• I don't know maybe because I watched My Sister's Keeper before I watched this so my judgement is clouded... so don't listen to me..=P
