FESCO '09 - from my point of view

The University
To be honest, sejak dari form 3 lagi saye bercita2 untuk masuk UTP. Sy sngt suke environment die, last Saturday when kitorg pegi UTP. First thing I said was
"Tu ke library dorg? bapakla besa..!"


Mmg sy surrender lah. Library MMU Melaka pun kalah, MMU Cyber jgn cakap lah, kalau letak seblah2 library MMU Cyber ni ngan UTP org mesti ingat library MMU tu stor simpan penyapu aje. The Chancellory Hall pulak, mmg grand abis.. tapi kalo nk letak seblah2 gak, this time MMU take the crown lah, for me MMU punye Grandhall lebih besar n grand.. cume design CH diorg yg berbentuk oval tu yg membuat kan die nampak unik dan gempak. And not forgetting the mosque, and the Tasik.. sangat indah ni.. tenaaang je. jeles betul. Tasik MMU tu.. rase nye kalau taruk badak air pun die xsanggup hidup kat situ..

The Perfomances
Banyak performance yg best mlm tu, tp sy just name a few lah.
Opening by ASWARA - mmg superblah kan, ASWARA kot cte die..
Ulik Mayang by UNITEN - eventhough tarian ni konsep die same je, dah tau dah jalan cerita die tapi sy still nk tgk. best jugak la.
Golek Alun-Alun by University Gajah Mada Indonesia- Definitely one of the distinguish performance that nite since it's an Indonesian cultural dance. That girl was fantastic I must say.. walaupun sedikit aneh pergerakannye..
Asmaradana by UCSI- Mase dorg perform Zapin, sy agak bosan, mate sy yg berat dengan glitter and bulu mate palsu segale ni mmg bes je kalau tutup.. tapi bile dorg perform Asmaradana, tetibe rase xberat pulak mate..sbb choreography and the energy level mmg best. Saye suke!

Tari Tualang Tiga by UKM - Lupa plak nak comment apa. Saya ingat diorang bes, tapi saya tak ingat sebab apa.=P

Taman Sari by UTP - This one I really have to give them a standing Ov. They really 'mematahkan kaki" malam tu. It was really a brilliant way to end the show that nite. Tepuk3. UTP rawks!

Our Perfomance
Ohkey..our performance... In case any other universities read this, those guys just learned all the steps 3 days before the event. I repeat - 3 DAYS. It's quite impressive for guys who never even think of doing traditional dance in their whole life. So what diorg agak keras.. comel ape.. sy denga berpuluh2 perkataan comel dalam video rehearsal kitorg tu.. selain drpd klaka, baju merah, panjang, comel, gile xsangke dan comel lagi.. hehehehe.


Terima kasihla pade Faiz, Adika, Skem, Mukhlish, Halu, Nazz and Sanie yg sanggup jd mangse join kitorg. Same goes for all the girls, not all of us have had dancing experience before, but we've tried our best. Smpai sakit2 kaki, blisters everywhere. Kem siap injured lg. Xpasal2 turun duit hantaran..hee.



Kudos to my girls Aireen, Zatil, Kem, Tila, Fasya and Nue! Juge terime kasih kepade supporters, officers, photographers, tukang mekaps, tukang buat rambuts..




Ingt xpenat ke buat keje2 tu. Si Iman smpai pucat2 mekapkan ktorg. Sian die. korg mmg beslah. *hugs*hugs*

Kesimpulannye, we're definitely not the best dancers, we have flaws here and there but we were enjoying the whole experience, pedulilah ape org nk kate. I bet most of us tgh still senyum2 sampai ke telinga tgk gambar and video malam tu. ade yg penat gelak guling2 dalam bilik.. atau pun yg gelak sorg2 n senyap2 dalam opis.. ataupun yg satu hari suntuk mengadap pc mereply comment kat Facebook.. hehehe.. I hope sume yang pegi haritu dapat join untuk Festival Tari pulak lepas ni ye.
